Duties include: Direct the college LVN program for the Brenham Campus including recruitment, enrollment, budgeting and instruction. Supervise 4 other practitioners and employees, led recruiting and hiring, develop and maintain quality care systems and standards according to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board as well as the Texas Board of Nursing, including but not limited to, creating and improving student nursing protocols/guidelines. Plan and monitor program budget to ensure financial objectives were met. Teach didactic and clinical courses throughout all semesters of the program as well as perform clinical supervision in the acute care/hospital settings.
