Heartland Financial Group joined with One Life Insurance Company from Georgia souly because of the work that I sent for them. Brandon Clay personally told me that he could not keep up with the work I sent his way so they needed to open a new branch of operations, He flew to Kansas City to meet me. My trainees were retraining employees there that had been there many years because of the work flow I created to help our team achieve a better way to navigate our system and contracted agents. We contracted agents to sell Medical supplements and supplied our existing agents with the things they needed. After joining with One Life we also contracted agents to sell Medical Advantage plans.
At Primary Eye Care, Dr. Gosnel taught me all about the body system and what needs were to be met to give our patients the best quality of life in the optometric field as possible. He reminded me that I was the most important asset of the office because of my interactions with patients. He taught me what he knew in a simple way to understand such intricate information. I learned something knew and amazing every day.
