This 18 month program was developed and designed to integrate the study of business through an emphasis on business strategy and focus on application of business knowledge, systems and processes, leadership, and strategic human resource and customer relationship management. Through this program developed an integrated understanding of the global, cross cultural, and ethical context of business; the requirements of making the business case for leading organizations that value people, planet, and profit; seeing and responding to the business "big picture" in new, innovative, and adaptive ways.
Highlighted projects included leadership competence, business technical strategies, business financial competence and competence in business strategy.
Completed final research paper on the evolution of New Account Fraud in the Retail Banking Industry including history, causes, current statistics and possible resolutions to reduce or eliminate new account fraud losses in the future.
