Most resumes should include your physical address along with other information. A typical resume header should follow the format below:
3. Phone number
4. Email address
5. Website URL (if you have one)
6. A link to your LinkedIn account
While some recruiters consider the address unnecessary on resumes, others continue to find it helpful. Leaving your address off the resume may lead some employers to think you're trying to hide the fact that you live some place other than the city where you're job hunting. Your best course of action is to include your current address and, if it's different than the job location, explain your willingness to relocate in your cover letter or in the summary section of the resume.
This Forbes article offers some great information on what to include on your resume and what to ditch completely, including recommendations for handling addresses.
