  • Technology Champion (7/2017-Present): The Technology Champion Role is a combination of two company roles: Agency Technology Specialist and Practice Development Specialist. Primary responsibilities are to implement and manage the use of technology throughout the Core or Detached agency and represent the GA on all system access issues; oversee setup, roll-out, maintenance and oversight of Home Office and agency specific technology requirements, practices and equipment. Tasks include:
    - On-board new Advisors/Brokers and off-board exiting Advisors/Brokers per Agency and Corporate Guidelines, including required device configuration, encryption, maintenance, printer/copier access, and phone system access.
    - Create, modify, or terminate system access and email accounts.
    - Provide Desktop Support to all Core, Detached, or Brokerage Advisors and conduct scheduled System Training
    - Complete and maintain hardware, software, and configured devices inventories.
    - Schedule and perform training for Advisors on company sponsored Advisor websites, Social Media Profiles and compliant content, and company systems
    - Establish firm goals and create action planning, training, and reporting for integration of the Client Relationship Management, Cloud Document Storage, and Conferencing systems.
    - Maintain updates and content enhancements for the Agency Website and assist with social media content and engagement.
  • Agency Licensing Coordinator (10/2018-Present): work with Management and Recruiting Officers to send applicants contracting prerequisites and applications, process background checks, submit applications to the corporate office, and ensure all official and confidential paperwork is kept restricted and filed per company standards. Assist advisors with obtaining additional licenses, certificates, and education required for sales.
