Maintain both electronic and hard copy versions of each closed transaction for a retention period of 7 years.
  • Negotiate real estate contracts between buyers and sellers to facilitate agreements that best serve both parties involved and maintain property values. Keeping a focus on being direct, always having a plan "B" and making sure due diligence has been done on the property before going into the negotiation.
