- Took initiative to lead and set up DE&I programs for over 75 recruiters
- Sat on DE&I development meetings to help draft up mission statement for the MSP recruitment team
- Took initiative to start and lead a Christian employee resource group to make the office more inclusive to those who are in touch with their faith on a local level
