As a Key Manager, under the supervision of the front-of-the-house manager, I am responsible for the daily operations of the front-of-the-house functions of my Outback Steakhouse store 1921. I am in charge of appearance, presentation, customer experience and professional leadership and direction to front-of-the-house employees, bartenders, waitstaff, bussers and host.
In charge of cleanliness of shop, shipping and receiving, and minor product alterations involving a drill press, manual lathe, hydraulic saw, and manual mill. My duties involved logging product identification as to where they go or came from and ensuring quality insurance of all parts being shipped or received.
