The Project scope is to provide support to the procurement application Ariba. Have provided functional expertise to business solutions and worked with the technical team to resolve production issues and develop new enhancements. Have lead the team and managed the production ticket queue and performed the quality check on all deliverables of the team. Also worked closely with Finance team, business team and vendors.
The Project is Integration of Ariba Buyer and SAP. My responsibilities include study the current system and its mapping to the previous ERP system and design the solution for new integration system. It also includes extensive communication with the business team and other cross-functional teams and co-ordinate for testing and go-live as well.
The Project is implementing Ariba spend management tool and provide continuous maintenance and support to the procurement system. Implemented Ariba Buyer, Analysis, ACM/ACW modules. Started off as java developer integrating Ariba with an asset management tool Maximo and after a 2 week training of Ariba downstream and upstream modules involved in providing production support. Handled all the production problems and supported the patch updates and SOX audits. Later moved on to lead the enhancement team and followed the change management process in Remedy tool. Held a key role in rolling out Ariba to multiple countries like Mexico, Brazil, and India. Last year promoted as a project manager managing the complete 15 member Ariba team including helpdesk, testing, operations, technical and production support groups.
