         I am a dynamic Specialize Program Teachers Assistant with demonstrated capabilities in the area of Special Education. I am committed to the belief that all children have the natural capacity to learn if given the chance to obtain a valued education. All children are exceptional and with directions and assistance can use their distinctive ability to make a change in themselves and their community. Students need the basic tools from their teacher and school community that include: support, safe and positive school and classroom setting, accepting of their specific needs, safety and a range of opportunities to learn by including the multiple intelligence and learning styles of each student. Generally the complete goal is to generate a classroom of community leaders. As a teacher it is imperative that I convey to the students as well as the parents the importance of an education.
