Develop and manage budget for each project working with program manager.

Training 3,456 youths of community-based organizations (CBO) on various prevention strategies and life skills; these were then used to engage their communities during the weekly outreaches. This is in line with the community strategies which aim at creating community ownership
Worked closely with the Program Coordinator, technical officers and Monitoring
Evaluation Reporting and Learning (MERL) team to offer capacity building, mentorship and conduct supportive supervision and spot checks while overseeing performance of a team of lay workers supported under the program
Provide overall oversight and supportive supervision of day to day program planning, budgeting, implementation and reporting achievements in consultation with the Program Coordinator and technical coordinators to ensure reaching intervention targets
Develop clear monthly work plans based on approved quarterly project work plans with clear objectives/deliverables based on targets
Support in training, coaching and coordinating regular review meetings with intervention specific facilitators, Change Agents and Mentors while tracking progress against annual targets, and addressing issues raised in the field Participate in trainings, supervision visits, weekly and all project planning and review meetings while maintaining accurate reports to inform next steps
