As a Personal Banker II I kept the responsibilities of a Personal Banker I with added responsibilities in assisting the manager team in ensuring the store was running efficiently. Making plans daily to help coach and participate in store calls when needed, as well has fulfilling the need of reaching out and searching business leads to help help build our store relationship with those businesses .
As a Personal Banker, I devoted much of my day to building long term relationships with my customers in person and by phone. I also had to track my individual numbers as well as the branch by looking and working on spreadsheets and tracking on the company websites. I deepened the understanding of my customers financial needs and provide suggestions. While most of my job was performed in the stores, I did reach out into the community by placing outbound phone calls to existing clients, visiting businesses, conducting off sites. Managed customer's portfolio, serviced relationships and cross-sold all products and services. I provided broad base of financial and credit services with the goals of acquiring 100% of the customers' business. As a banker I helped coach the teller team in what opportunities can help them succeed and what to look for when sending a customer over to a banker. As well as approve certain transactions when out of their limits or authority . I helped the teller line be able to recognize fraudulent items as they come in, also helping management with control tasks for the store, and Click 2 Staff. When the manager is away from line or off for the day I help supervise the teller line, along with playing a role in as assistant store manager, helping with daily store operations . Reported to District manager in the numbers the store was doing along with coaching, guiding and training other employees.
I was honored with being chosen to be an Business Advocate, I took several trainings in learning about business documents with state law and also banking regulations. Planned and put on several onsites at schools to bring in presentations to employees and students known as Hands on Banking.
I was responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, while possessing customer transactions within established guidelines. I also Identified and makes sales referrals, recommended alternate channels, cross-sells bank services and products for Wells Fargo partners, while providing excellent customer service. Some other duties were safe deposit, merchant/vault, ATM processing, bonds and coupons, foreign currency and night drop. Worked along side my service manager while balancing the vault ,ordering and receiving money shipment.
As an PCT I worked closely with the nursing staff and doctors to provide excellent care for all out patients. While doing so my responsibilities were some but not limited to the following hourly vital readings Lab specimens collected; appropriately labeled, and delivered to lab in a timely manner, utilizing appropriate safety measures to prevent patient and staff injury; Communicated results of selected tests to professional staff in a timely manner; Understanding to safety standards dictated by i.e. safety manuals, MSD sheets, OSHA . Also with diabetic glucose testing. I had to maintain patient flowcharts with care that was provided.

As a member of the wait staff I provided excellent customer service to every customer that I saw. Reason for leaving: I left on excellent terms with the company, due to my husband being in the military at the time, we had to locate to North Carolina.
