Property Manager - (Working 25-35 Hours a week M-F)
Vast experience in real estate, investor and portfolio management. Strengths include sales skills, critical thinking and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels. More than 15 years overseeing and maintaining up to 120 residential units including apartment buildings. Proficient and versed in all aspects of leasing, marketing, staffing, financial reviews and budgeting. Focused on satisfying tenants and maintaining high occupancy rates. Reports any major issues to property owners and takes initiative in finding workable solutions.

Operations manager for several AM & PM Hub Operations, including running the Salt Lake Hub shifts (Preload, Day, Twilight, Midnight sorts). Responsible for up to 300 employees on Twilight & Midnight sorts.Part of a special PAS team to develop specific route plans and part of the efficiency initiatives during the revamping of the DIAD systems.
