Efficient and reliable Emergency Medical Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant with thirteen plus years in the healthcare field I am interested in finding full time employment while I continue to work toward my goal of finishing school and obtaining a nursing degree. I have Licenses for Emergency Medical Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, AED/CPR certified adult/child, all of which I obtained whilst still living in Texas but have now lapsed due to my working toward an RN degree. My duties included helping the doctor in the back of house as well as running the front office. Those tasks included billing /coding, scheduling patients for appointments, ultrasounds and procedures, inventory of drug samples, vitamins and ordering drugs for patients. Filing insurance claims for drugs and procedures. Training new employees, Responsible for end of day petty cash, depositing of checks and filing doctors notes.
I am currently working on my A.A.S. as well as trying to obtain my nursing degree. I am six credits short for the associates.
