I am an ambitious undergraduate nursing student pursuing Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree eager to contribute developed knowledge in health tech position. Skilled in first aid in group settings. Adaptable and driven with strong work ethic and ability to thrive in team-based or individually motivated settings.
Nursing is a profession that provides health care with love, comfort, and support for the sick. As an aspiring nurse, I believe nursing is a career with loads of opportunities to genuinely help patients to live the usual life that they once lived before the hospitalization. These beliefs tremendously affect my decisions, actions, and reactions in medical fiend in numerous ways. Most importantly they will guide me to treat my patients in a same way that I would take care of my family member or a friend, but with professionalism and unbiased manner. This means that a patient with an unpleasant and disturbing skin disease or a patient with contagious MRSA would not be treated any differently than a patient with a broken bone.
Furthermore, as a nursing student, I believe that it is important to show respect and passion in serving others. With acknowledging the importance of nurses in the community, I want to become a nurse who can dedicate time, energy, and skills for others in times of need by helping them not only with human knowledge, but also with prayer and faith in God. As a Christian, I believe nursing is a profession that not only trains people to care for the sick or focus on the treatments, but also trains people to sincerely look after people and show them the love of God. Thus, the solid faith in God's omnipotence that can treat every illness in this world would be the most important quality that is required for nurses to have. Throughout the nursing school and with all the experiences I will have, I hope to have more opportunities to endlessly pray and cry for the people who are suffering in pain. Furthermore, with the knowledge I have obtained through education ahead of me, I want to serve as a missionary nurse in the future as well to spread God's grace and almighty power through healing and helping people all around the world. Accordingly, nursing is a career that will guide me to live a life reflecting God's love with my patients and colleagues in the profession field.
