As a licensed real estate sales associate I work with and assist clients in the process of buying and selling their homes. I also assist with performing comparative market analysis reports to help determine values of clients homes. In my first two years, I have been able to assist in the sale of multiple homes totaling more than 2 million dollars.
In this role I currently manage specific customers inventory at point of use locations throughout their facilities. As well as processing any orders they may have. I meet with these customers periodically to insure their needs are being met and to address any issues/concerns they may have and what we can do to improve our services.
In this role I was responsible for covering a specific territory in central KY for which I conducted sales calls for new business opportunities as well as customer retention. My sells territory during that time produced approximately $350,000 per month. I also helped with solutions for customers inventory issues by providing them multiple different ways to manage and keep track of there consumables and assets.
In this role I worked in a store setting where I helped with multiple aspects of our business. From packing orders, taking phone calls, working with walk in customers and helping with inventory.
I have also been put through a company based school of business for which I completed courses based on project management and lean six sigma.
