I started off at Pete's Tavern as an Expo, during this job I was required to properly read food orders in the kitchen and put the correct plates with the others that are also in that meals order. At that time too I was trained how to be a busser and clean and work as I go along to and from the kitchen. After almost a year of this, I was trained to become a hostess. In this position you have to be aware of your packed sections so you do not overwhelm the waitresses.
