Below are the major projects accomplished in last few years,  

InfoPrint (Ricoh) Project:

  • Designed, Developed, Tested and Implemented a complete new flow to support InfoPrint operations through Oracle. 
  • PL1/CICS Programs, EDI Maps, GXS Mailboxes, AS2 connections, Data formats, etc.. were developed from scratch.
  • EDI maps developed includes 850, 860, 855, 856, 810, 824, 820, 845, 110, 997, etc..
  • Enabled 6 new Suppliers as well

OMCS ZUKUMI Project:

  • Enabled new Supplier plant - JABIL CHINA to the existing OMCS process. 
  • Developed, tested and installed new maps for the EDIFACT Transactions - ORDERS (XML), ORDCHG (XML), ORDRSP, DESADV, OSTRPT, CONTRL, etc.  
  • Developed new PL1/CICS programs, defined new DB2 tables, etc.. 

 RSSW Switch from NFTP Process to MQ:

  • Project to migrate the FTP process to MQ. This was implemented to prevent delays and to make the process real time. 
  • Defined new MQ for each plant.
  • Developed and implemented a new MQPUT PL1 program to transmit the data (C&D format) to target system. 

 DELL Project:

  • Developed 810 Invoice map using the Implementation guide received from DELL.
  • Tested and Installed all the required work products. Enabled 5 new DELL sites (countries) to the developed 810 map.  

 Project Marcy (JABIL - New Boarding):

  • Project to migrate Jabil's communication medium from GXS VAN to AS2 Templar and enable 4 new transactions.  
  • Developed 4 new maps for EDI X12 transactions 850, 860, 830 and 862.
  • Established the connectivity between EDI and Jabil using Templar AS2 protocol.
  • Tested and successfully implemented the maps, programs, usages in production.

830 Project for OSC Singapore Group:

  • A brand new flow to exchange data between a Lotus Notes Server and the Suppliers Via EDI.
  • All the EDI components (flow, jobs, maps, programs, etc) were developed/tested/implemented from scratch.
  • New maps created were Data Transformation (DT) maps using XML toolkit.  

 Project Catarina for Inter Plant System (IPLS):

  •  Project to enable a new plant in SAP RP0 for IPLS.
  • Define partner profile in SAP, modify EDI maps and PL1/CICS programs accordingly.
  • Tested and implemented successfully.

Global Foundries Project : (Global Foundries acquisition of IBM's Microelectronic Business)

As part of this acquisition, below are the EDI work products designed / developed / tested / Implemented for Global Foundries for them to continue to do business with their Supplier's.

  • Established the connectivity between IBM and Global Foundries (external Client) via Templar (EDIINT).
  • Developed new job streams, programs, procedures, Application Data Format's (ADF), EDI maps, MQ series connections, etc..
  • Tested with Supplier's to make sure the Oracle data format from Global Foundries carries all the information that Supplier is looking for.
  • Moved all the work products into production successfully.

 HP Project:

  • Developed new EDI X12 maps and Application Data Format for the transactions 850, 860, 855, 856, 954, 810, 824, 997, etc..
  • Tested with the trading partner and implemented all the maps successfully in production. 

TYCO Project:

  • Tyco was earlier receiving the GR's via SCPM / E2OPEN.
  • As the SCPM tool was going to be sunset, we were asked to enable the EDIFACT Transaction - RECADV via EDI.
  • Developed ADF and RECADV EDI. Made modifications to the PL1/CICS outbound program to accommodate the new transaction. 
  • Configured the GXS connection between EDI and Tyco to exchange the transactions.
  • Tested / Implemented the work products successfully.

GARS IPLS Project:

  • Project to establish a new flow between SAP GARS and IPLS via EDI.
  • Established new MQ connectivity between SAP and EDI.
  • Developed, tested and implemented all the components successfully.
