Spectrum Health - Stylist Assistant Manager
Coopersville, MI, 05/2018 - 06/2019

Working at Akira I started off as a stylist making commission. As a stylist I was given goals to succeed daily, building a clientell and making sure everyone was given the best experience. After building a strong connection with my clients I would start them a fitting room which included many different clothing items plus accessories and shoes. I would build the dream closet for my customers because I took the time to get to know them and figure out their likes and dislikes. The client and I would exchange numbers and I would text them every time we got new shipment once seeing the style they have. My clients were ages ranged from 14 to 78. After a couple months I was promoted to an assistant manager. As assistant manager I took on more responsibilities and a leadership role. I was able to build connections with my co-workers. As a leader I had to continue to achieve my daily goal in sales and also help my team with anything they needed! I would pull as much as i could to make sure everyone would reach the goal they were given that day and so that the client also had many different items to choose from. While working the floor you greet everyone that walks in and build friendships with them. As you are working the floor you also have to be eyes and ears to make sure for suspicious activity. Some more of my responsibilities were opening and closing the store which included counting registers, going to the bank, cleaning, recruiting, interviews, solving conflicts, styling manikins, unloading shipment and placing it on the floor, when doing that I had to put out all the new promotions and making sure the store looked presentable.

Windsor - Sales Associate
City, STATE, 08/2016 - 04/2017

While working at Windsor my position required me to know all the everyday promotions, work fitting rooms and the cash register. When working the cash register I answered phone calls for any questions a client may have such as an item look up or a package delivery made to the store. I made sure to inform every client what the return and exchange policy was. I also would help customers find what they are looking for as I would observe the store as well as cleaning at the same time. If the store had slow traffic I would also help in back with inventory and new shipment to put on the floor.
