Answers customer questions at the customer counter and on the telephone at a customer counter, customer service area and/or contact center environment, regarding motor vehicle laws and rules, processes and procedures consistent with the Privacy Act.

Trains authorized agents on the use of the Motor Vehicle computer systems, financial systems, inventory control procedures and other related systems and procedures. Answers questions at the customer counter, training sessions and on the telephone, providing assistance to authorized agents of the State and customers, consistent with applicable State laws, administrative rules and the Privacy law. May assist as required in the DMV contact center answering telephone calls regarding all aspects of the DMV. Trains authorized agents regarding NH motor vehicle laws, administrative rules, policies and procedures. Monitors authorized agents for proper computer operation, financial system, inventory control and other related systems. Verifies that the authorized agents are abiding by NH motor vehicle laws, administrative rules and policies and procedures.
