Through my experience in different fields I have been able to master the ability to lead, teach, and delegate. While working at Claire Tire & Auto Repair I ran the front desk which involved interacting with customers as soon as they walked in and having to interact with companies that we had to get parts from. I would sometimes have to drive to pick up parts or tires that were needed along with shuttling customers to and from the shop. In my time working at Elizabeth's Pizza, Lawndale location, I started out as a hostess and worked my way up to becoming a manager. I would also help in all different positions during the shift if we were short staffed or if the person in that position just came out of training. I trained many employees for those different positions I would also administer the test they had to take after their training was done. As a manager I had to help customers if they had any issues, I also was in charge of catering. I would take the catering orders and then make sure they got to their destination at the time they needed to be. Along with interacting with customers I had to also be in charge of the employees. During the shifts I managed, I had to make sure all of the food prep was being done and the proper way. I would work with the employees if they had any concerns with the job they were performing. Lastly, I am still employed at Starz Elite Dance Center and I am a dance instructor there. Not only to I teach ages three years old to eighteen years old I also help with any office needs and I help to plan the shows that we perform. While I am at the studio I help to choreograph pieces, work on costumes, and brainstorm with my coworkers about events we have coming up. In November of 2019 I set up a performance for our dancers at halftime of a local basketball team. I was in charge of communicating with the team members about tickets along with choreographing the performance and all of the in between's. I have experience in many different areas and I feel I succeed the most in interactions and customer service. I am happy to talk to customers and figure out what they need to achieve the outcome they were looking for.
