Summary

As an individual, I have had a lot of experience throughout my military and civilian jobs concerning different types of leadership and how they are applied. As a Soldier in the Ohio Army National Guard, I have loved the experience in getting to know other Soldiers and learn from my subordinates. I have learned to be a good role model, always make sure you're on time, in the correct uniform, at the correct location, always be a good leader, and to always do the right thing when no one is watching. After completing Basic Leader Course (BLC), I have a new perspective on how all military members should carry themselves, even if they are not currently in a uniform. I hope to apply my leadership skills in a job position that will make my leadership skills and qualifications even stronger.
