Student Support: At Western Washington University, I led a student team of technical writers in their practicum project for an English Composition capstone class. This student-directed program involved establishing learning outcomes, guiding the students in cross-campus collaborations and mentoring their work. Assessment & Implementation: Led the development, implementation and management of the university's first customer relationship management system (Hobsons, Connect) at UCCS. Wrote and coordinated emailing of over 390,000 messages to prospective students, and demonstrated a statistically significant correlation between engagement with electronic and web-based communication and enrollment. ➢ At the UCCS College of Business, I implemented marketing campaigns that, based on such metrics as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, etc. have resulted in significant improvements in website traffic, engagement and enrollment levels. ➢
Training & Human Development: ➢ As the Human Development Supervisor for Colorado, I was responsible for achieving improvements in performance through training in such areas as management, sales, customer service, fitness and health and leadership. My effectiveness in these areas was such that I was awarded "Elite Performer" status in this role, was asked to implement similar training for the Atlanta, Georgia market (over 10 clubs at that time), and was named one of two supervisors to help develop and implement curriculum nationally.
Fitness Facility Management: As a supervisor in the fitness industry, due to my effectiveness in achieving revenue targets, creative staff development and establishing measures of accountability, I helped reverse one of the more poorly performing markets in the nation to one of the best, ultimately being promoted to a training and human development role for the state of Colorado.
