  • I currently work as a Board Director as well as the Head Chairman of the Human Resources Committee within the organization. As a Board Director I go to monthly meetings where we discuss budget proposal plans for each month, fundraising opportunities, youth council report, youth programming statistics and so on and so forth.   • Created an event in remembrance of Breonna Taylor where black women led the discussion and shared their art via poetry music and etc. The Dean for Southern Illinois University School of Law spoke. We also raised $300 in a raffle to send to the Louisville Bailout Fund
