I am a man experienced in many different professions for a few reasons. Learning, Progressing, and working my hardest to excel in whatever I do. In the past I have never been one to pass on an opportunity to learn or push to strengthen my skills.
I'm looking for a full-time position in a company where taking the initiative and going that extra mile are rewarded, and opportunities to do so come often.
I strongly believe that given the opportunity I could become a real asset to your company. Every chance to try something new is an opportunity to learn. If I'm placed with a job I've done in the past I see it only as a chance to build on skills relative to said position. I believe a chance given to me would be a decision made for everyone's mutual benefit. I'm willing to do whatever is asked and needed of me, and have never been one to turn away from any overtime when asked or is needed of me. Working for the benefit of the company is something that I will always strive for for one reason, it's simply in my best interest as well.

In the time I spent working for Dolan's welding , the work I did was mostly on their tanks contract. I did all the fitting and well Daddy inside and out
Starting on the 'Paint Line', there was really only one way to go but up. After showing enough initiative I progressed further through the company, leaving me on the 'Assembly Line'. Once I was put in a position with more opportunities I took advantage of what I could. The 'Knock-Out Cell is was generally where I learned the basics to surviving in a manufacturing company. General skills such as how to read blueprints, driving a Fork Lift and use of machinery and tools made available in that type of environment. Once I had spent significant time in most positions available in the 'Knock-Out Cell' portion of the 'Assembly Line', I was given an opportunity to begin training on running one of their 'Break Presses'. After a few short weeks of learning and paying close attention to all of the positive attributes of the men I was learning from I was given my own. I was also given an offer for a full-time position and a choice. I could either continue operating where I was, or I could be a part of a seven week course JWF offers for people who want to learn how to Weld. I was good at what I was doing, and still am, but I wanted to keep learning and I still do. I took the offer for the full time position, but as a Welder.
