school bus driver trainer resume example with 16+ years of experience

(555) 432-1000,
, , 100 Montgomery St. 10th Floor

I have 16 years of my experience working for ECISD Transportation. In these 16 years I have grown alot . I have delt with many small problems like I have delt with big problems, but all have gotten resolved in a very positive and professional way . Started as a special needs monitor for 9 years taught me to create communication between the drivers and parents to better serve our community. It taught me the importance of our students needs. After being a monitor for 9 years I wanted to show our distric what more I could do. I got my CDL license and became a bus driver for 3 years. As a driver I learned the importance of transporting our precious cargo to and from school. But I was still eager to show my district what I was able to do and I became a dispatcher for 2 years. As a dispatcher I learned to communicate with every bus driver, monitors, parents, principals, coaches, and mechanics. I knew I could do more so I applied for Trainer . I been a trainer for 3 years. Being able to teach someone to get their CDL license to become a school bus driver and work for ECISD has been a tremendous experience and the love I have for my job as a trainer has been a huge success. But I believe that with all my experience working here for transportation I can become a GREAT supervisor. As a supervisor I will lead my cluster to success. I will work professionally with the other 3 supervisors to become a better TEAM.
