Additional Information

The period of time from when I stopped working for Saint Francis Medical Center to when I began working for Robinson Transport, Inc I was unable to work. I had a hip replacement due to a sports injury and the surgery was done incorrectly. I had to have three additional surgeries to fix the first one and re-learn how to walk on my own.
