  • Witness and attendance to field inspections as required (manufacturing process, FAT, Acceptance test, crating, visual, technical review, etc.).
  • Review Inspection reports and Inspection release notes for accuracy and compliance with client's requirements.
  • Conduct follow up meetings, communications with vendors and inspection agencies for PO / Inspection - Manufacturing process status.
  • Assure that technical documents are delivered by the vendor in accordance with technical requirements defined in each PO.
  • Inform the appropriate department about deviations found during inspection activities, propose recommendations and follow up until deviations are resolved.
  • Provide assistance to other departments to answer or address technical issues.
  • Guides the document control department in the manufacturing book records / manuals, as required per clients.
  • Project Manager in special projects with the rest of departments of the company when needed.
  • Run reports in SAP to find out new PO's released by the upper management coded for inspection and distribute them among the inspection team.
