  • I took orders from customers and I would make schedules for each of our transload sites and fax the schedules to each place. 
  • I scheduled the bulk trucks that would load at our facility.
  • I would input the orders and then release them to be invoiced.
  • I approved bills to be paid.
  • I did a lot of faxing and talking to customers on the phone as well as email. Traveled a little to visit some customers.
  • I kept records of every transload site and every customer we had in files and had them organized by each location.
