Provides rapid, tailored support to the Combatant Commander across a widespectrum of requirements by thinking through strategic problems; ensures the long range schedule is driven by strategy and shapes/manages the Combatant Commander's engagements and messages. Coordinates with OSD, Joint Staff, Canadian Defense Staff and sister Combatant Commands for the Combatant Commander's strategic engagements.

Supervises a 207 person bi-national, multi-service, and 8 division joint staff. Responsible to both the USNORTHCOM/J3 and NORAD/J3 Directors for all operational and administrative functions of the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Current Operations Center, and for integrating current operations of both commands in support of NORAD missions in Aerospace Warning, Aerospace Control, and Maritime Warning and USNORTHCOM missions of Homeland Defense, Civil Support, and Theater Security Cooperation within the air, cyber, land, maritime, and missile and space domains. Coordinates all operations with mission partners to include US and Canadian National leadership, NGB, USCG, DHS, FEMA, FAA, NGA, NSA, CIA, FBI, and the US Secret Service. Functions as the US Army Senior Leader and mentor for both J3 Directors. 
Commander, Joint Task Force Bravo, 05/2013 to 06/2014
Joint Task Force Bravo, U.S. Southern Command – SOTO CANO AIR BASE, HONDURAS 34042
Commands a Joint Task Force comprised of 678 U.S. military personnel and 750 U.S. and Honduran civilians. Geographically separated from its parent headquarters by 1400 miles, the JTF is responsible for supporting US and multi-national operations throughout Central America,maintains and operates a C5 aircraft capable airfield, and serves as the enduring U.S. presence in the region. Conducts joint, combined and interagency operations and provides operational support throughout CENTAM to enahance theater-wide security, stability and regional cooperation. Conducts and supports humanitarian assistance/disaster relief, personnel recovery, counterdrug, and noncombatant evacuation operations in CENTAM. JTF responsibilities include: (1) supports the Central Skies counter-narcotics program; (2) provides rapid response to humanitarian and disaster relief efforts: and (3) serves as the hub for multi-service assistance programs New Horizons and Medical Readiness Training Exercises. Responsible for a positive command climate that facilitates mutual trust, good order and discipline.

Chief of Future Operations for United States Army, Pacific Theater ArmyHeadquarters Main Command Post. Responsible for the management of all future operations, to include crisis action planning, global force management, orders production and dissemination, and worldwide individual augmentation system tastings. Coordinates with Pacific Command, Forces Command, U.S. Army Alaska, U.S. Army Japan and Major Support Commands and synchronizes future operations by conducting planning groups and supervising orders production. Served as the Training Officer, Operations and Plans Directorate, for a Theater Army Headquarters and the Army Service Component Command for U.S. Pacific Command.
