Currently, I work for Jonson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. in the Manufacturing Department. As of 2013, I have been working in the capacity of Process Technical Lead (PTL), managing and supporting 19 production lines with 38 technicians in a high-speed production environment. Developmental Shift SupervisorMETL
  • Assigned to "D" team as a night shift supervisor, responsible for accomplishing safety compliance product quality, yield, production goals, ergonomic compliance, environmental and GMP requirements in a FDA, ISO, BSI controlled environment.
  • During the shift, monitor any potential quality events to ensure technicians properly bookend, document, and follow the appropriate procedures to be compliant with auditing agencies.
  • Ensured all 3GT manufacturing department personnel were up-to-date with their Compliance Wire (Training) assignments, if delinquent I would communicate with a cordial reminder e-mail.
  • Participated in bi-weekly staff meetings to conceptualize the operations in 3GT manufacturing department to discuss best practices for improving our business.
  • Acted as a driver for continuous improvement, utilizing KPI, SPC and CMMS tools as indicators for equipment reliability and failure.
