  • Provide Loss Prevention Management oversight to Field Loss Prevention personnel for a span covering over 750 retail Pharmacy locations through 6 Mid-Atlantic States & Washington, DC.
  • The Area Loss Prevention team includes 2 Sr.Regional LP Managers, 2 Regional Drug Diversion Managers, 18 Regional Loss Prevention Managers and 30 LP Market Investigators.
  • Direct partnership with the Area Vice President and Area Human Resources Director to develop and implement Area wide business initiatives to improve sales, customer service and shrink reduction strategies and influence field operators in matters of compliance, safety and loss related issues.

  • Year over year improvement in colleague engagement scores for the Loss Prevention team in span of control.  Results improved 7 basis points over the prior year and was 12 basis points higher the entire Loss Prevention Department total.
