While deployed I had many tasks other then the lengthy description below. I was a Forward Observer, Infantryman, driver, open seat gunner, 12 hour tower guard shifts, ECP control and many more. Basically whatever I was asked to do, I did it. There is nothing I couldn't or still cant accomplish. I dealt with foreign nationals as well as the extremely friendly Taliban. I was not on a big base so everything was self sustained. WE all faced challenges hourly during my 14 month tour and I chose to learn from every single one. I adapted and I survived............Established, maintained and operated radio and wire communications and speech security equipment including encoding and decoding of messages using CEOI or grid thrust line templates. Prepared and maintained daily staff journal, fire support situation maps, status charts, capability overlay, and other fire support and target processing records. Assisted in preparation and dissemination of fire support plans, coordinated documents, and target lists and provided liaison support. Assisted in initiating requests for field artillery, mortar, naval gunfire, and aerial delivered munitions. Emplaced, maintained, and assisted in the operation of laser range finders, target designation, and night observation devices. Operated and performed operator maintenance on section vehicles and generators. Performed crew maintenance and participated in organizational maintenance of section equipment.
Roofing residential/ business property's, delivering material for customers as well as current jobs, creating new customer relations by compiling estimates of how much the products or materials would cost. Most of the clientèele were veterans of the US Military. Additionally, I performed tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. This included operating hand tools of many types. I gained experience in many different areas while working with B-Massive, most importantly, I always worked hard with observation and patience.
My job was 90% customer service related. This position trained me to provide a high level of customer service and gave me skills to properly solve problems and complaints from customers. My main duties included greeting customers, issuing tickets, locating and delivering vehicles, directing traffic, resolving complaints and ensuring the safety of vehicles from theft and damage with strategic parking and constant monitoring.
