+Perform comprehensive evaluations of orthopedic, neurologic, amputee, and chronic pain diagnoses of various levels of complexity to identify deficits and to develop individualized treatment plans.
+Serve as Acting Chief for PMRS department in event of Service Line Chief absence.
+Participation in clinic management in assisting with scheduling and provider call offs to ensure the needs of patients are met.

Assisted with establishing stakeholders, contributing to setup for clinics and billing.
+Participate in Western Market initiative of implementing cardiac rehabilitation program at Butler VA to increase access for Veterans to services within the VA. Assisting with process of procurement for telemetry monitoring equipment for cardiac rehab program.
+Graduate of LDI program in 2019 to further develop leadership skills and gain knowns of administrative processes such a system redesign and AIB training.
+LDI facility project of aligning pain management strategies with whole health programming at Butler VA to optimize interdisciplinary services within our facility.
+Serve as liaison and point of contact for CBOC staff and specialty care services such as Cardiology and Orthopedics in reference to rehab needs.
+Coordinating necessary training with vendors for PMRS staff members. Collaborating and assisting with facilitation of training for alpha stim for CBH staff as well.
+Serve as a clinical instruction for physical therapy students on clinic affiliations. Providing direct supervision in clinic and appropriate reviews of skill and documentation.
+Assist with rating SRU Doctor of Physical Therapy students' performance in their competencies/skills assessment for courses including Physical Modalities and Musculoskeletal as needed.
+Served as a guest lecturer for labs for SRU DPT Physical Modalities course as needed.
+Perform evaluations in the acute care setting to identify deficits to develop appropriate plans of care and to assist with discharge planning.
+Provide treatment to address functional deficits to patients at various levels of medical need: ICU, CCU, PCU, Med/Surg, Ortho, Oncology, ER, Adult and Geriatric Psych.
+Work as part of an interdisciplinary team including OT, Speech, and Social Workers to determine appropriate discharge recommendations.
+Serve as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students on clinic affiliations. Duties including review of skills through direct supervision as well as review of documentation.

+STORM committee: Interdisciplinary committee to review and provide insight and serve as a PT subject matter expert to make recommendations for risk mitigation for patients at high risk for adverse events
+Pain committee: Interdisciplinary committee for which I also serve as PT representative and subject matter expert to ensure that the Butler VA is upholding all national mandates related to pain, reports on Dashboard measures related to pain, and continues to build collaborative approaches for pain management within our facility
+Whole Health committee: I serve as a representative of PT for this interdisciplinary, collaborative committee that ensures that mandates and offerings of complimentary health services are offered within the facility in ways that empower Veterans at our facility.
+Employee Whole Health committee: I serve as the PT representative to provide insight and to help to grow employee whole health activities to maintain a positive work environment for our facility.
+Alpha Stim Review committee: PMRS based committee that performs chart reviews and assessments to screen and triage consults for consideration of Alpha Stim trials. This committee has helped to offset scheduling patients for assessments by Physiatry, which has increased clinic availability.
