MY responsible for ensuring the availability and quality of qualitative and quantitative data, primarily, but not exclusively, related
to project activities. To this end, I manage, serving as “Team Leader,” the Information Management.Team, including three other IRC staff at present. I am responsible for coordinating their work, as well as facilitating the collection of information from 8 PARC Managers on a periodic and ad hoc basis. Relatedly, also I help ensure that adequate systems for
information collection are in place.my responsible also to provide my supervisor weekly, biweekly and monthly reports which
includes indicator sheets, master tracking sheet , Commcare online system ,ODK system for all activities on depend protection monitor database created by UNHCR ,
Assume primary responsibility and supervision of the implementation of projects in relevant field (shelters where we completed about 750 shelters in Diyala –am-Muqdadya , Quick impact project such as water project ,infrastructure,sanitation and road graving , Emergency Distributions, WASH, Basic Social Services, and Advocacy / Capacity Building)including. The number and kind of employees were 6 employees. We implemented a lot of projects during the period such as , RO units , Rehabilitation schools , water pipes , livelihood projects (greenhouses , Bee hives, Tailoring and
haircut projects ,mobile phone maintenance , mini markets ) as well as we distributed income generation tools , CRIs,and we created a lot of business startup projects . My responsibility was Plan and coordinate relevant projects including drafting of work plans, technical documents,and regular reports Supervise project implementation.Ensure all shelter/livelihood /impact project contracts are timely prepared without errors before being dispersed.
