I have been processing donated tissue for over fourteen years. I am well experienced in the manufacturing of biomedical implants, as well as the processing and preservation of both Muskuloskeletal and Cardiovascular grafts and have proven a high level of organizational commitment, company loyalty and dedication to the gift of organ and tissue donation overall. I am very familiar with clean room procedures and aseptic technique. I take pride in donor maximization and the human need that our grafts fulfill. I am very experienced in the utilization of PMR's and SOP's for the manufacturing of high level grafts with very fine and specific tolerances. I have a vast understanding of operating procedures, and have played a key role in the training of employees, as well enforcing a strict adherence to policies and procedures. I was also responsible for the delegation of tasks as well as scheduling.
