M.S. WalkerBoston, MA,

I currently work on the production line efficiently conducting a multi-task process in which I start by adding two safety plastic pieces to the inside. Next, I add adhesive to the center piece of the frame called the bar. Then I slide the bar down the middle of the frame where I then drill two screws on the bottom side and seal it with silicone to prevent water damage. Continuing to add adhesive along the sides until reaching the top side of the frame where two more screws must be drilled then sealed. To finish the product a bottom piece called a rail must be snapped into place allowing the glass once placed in to slide back and forth. Depending on the window paint must be added accordingly to the edges.
