I'm a marketing technology specialist with ten years of experience working with databases, graphics, and eMarketing tools. I have a strong passion for graphic design and would love to learn more about UX and Product Design.
I've spent nearly three years working as a dedicated liaison between our marketing and graphics team and I'm responsible for creating the majority of all of the graphical banners used in our campaigns. I enjoy working with our team to create campaigns based on their event needs and creating great looking templates with our eMarketing platform. I utilize empathy and creative visualization to work through several iterations of a project until the final version has been established and agreed upon.
I currently serve in a design focused, marketing technology support capacity at Hogan Lovells. I use Photoshop to create the majority of graphical banners for our firm's campaigns and work with users to ensure quality control for all outgoing communications.

I worked with team managers to create and send out internal and external eMarketing communications with using Tikit, and posted all outgoing social
platform updates for the firm's Twitter account.
I created and managed all marketing contact lists for our lawyers, set up new accounts for incoming team members, and trained lawyers and assistants on a monthly basis. I worked with the marketing technology manager to create activities in InterAction based on user issues that we used to formulate solutions that were used to resolve technical issues.

I joined Heller Ehrman at a time when people will still very new to connected CRM applications. I was a part of four-person team that helped to pilot and rebrand the firm's CRM platform and database from the ground up.

I collaborated with our team's applications specialist to review and resolve InterAction issues and was responsible for coordinating user account creation and deactivation. I managed and updated all alumni data in InterAction, and worked with the InterAction Specialist to create training presentations to empower assistants to better manage their lawyer's contacts.
