Over the past three and a half years I have gained extensive knowledge in both non surgical cosmetic treatments and plastic surgery. I am proficient in various EMR systems, scheduling patients, and comfortable working in a fast pace and ever evolving environment. I started off working as the front desk patient concierge. This position gave me the opportunity to form relationships with our patients, gain knowledge on products and treatments performed in office. I was promoted to the clinical team, ultimately becoming the lead medical assistant. The surgical team relies on my ability to move quickly, work efficiently, and offer support in any area.
