It's an award surprised and presented to an employee by the CEO and all the upper management team. The CEO will ask you if you would know why you are receiving this award? But someone (fellow coworkers, patients, patients visitors, physicians etc) saw you do something that caught their attention. So they'll fill out a POHAKU Ballot and then submit it and the upper management will then read all results and choose the one they feel deserve it.
