During my time at Sprint I mainly Worked with customer accounts and issues ranging from crediting back customer accounts, sending return kits for broken or trading in cell phones , ordering customer new phones,ipads,accessories etc.
I also was able to adjust very high bills for customers depending on situations or cancelling accounts when customers had issues with paying or understanding a bill.
My goals for this job was turning in cases and files before the due dates for cases or emails that needed to be dealt with.
