  • Administer and oversee information management (IM) tasks which include a variety of communications and activities, including Commander Support Staff (CSS) and administrative support for the Maintenance Group and its subordinate units, which consist of the Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Maintenance Squadron, and Maintenance Operations Flight.
  • Supervises unit personnel databases, employee in-processing/out-processing actions, and records management of 300+ personnel.
  • Direct digital inspection and scrutiny of sensitive records per series and sub-series for compliance.
  • Retrieval of historical electronic and paper record inspection reviews and Staff Assisted Visit's (SAV).Perform administrative oversight and processing of orders for all unit personnel utilizing the Air National Guard Reserve Orders System (AROWS).
  • Serve as the MXG AROWS order specialist, responsible for creation, routing and tracking of order applications.

  • Develop, initiate, and evaluate procedures, and internal controls for managing electronic files utilizing the Air Force Record Information Management System (AFRIMS); assess and resolve complex operational problems, while ensuring publications are current and accessible to both home station and contingency operations.
  • Supervise calendar/fiscal year end actions and regular SAV visit inspections to ensure appropriate record cutoff and staging procedures and files are disposed of and retrieved appropriately.
  • Safeguard offices of record observe the regulation, policy and procedure of the Freedom of Information (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA), records, publications, and content management programs.

  • Performs client-level information technology support functions such performing configuration, management, and troubleshooting ,SharePoint content manager, administering permissions, ensuring all web pages follow Privacy Act Program regulations.
  • As Non-commissioned officer of the Maintenance Squadron, (Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Maintenance Squadron, Maintenance Group, Maintenance Operations Flight) CSS, Direct five (5) information operations managers and two (2) personnel specialist; ensures manning, AEF posturing, training, and delivering career counseling and mentorship.
  • Design, implement, and manage numerous annual training programs and individual plans; conduct enhancement workshops and briefing sessions for Information Management, 3A0X1 and Personnel Craftsman, 3S0X1.

  • Support the Unit First Sergeant with the execution of all Air Force/Air National Guard programs such as, Dependent Care Program, Awards and Decorations, Newcomer's Orientation Program, evaluation program and Sponsor Program.

  • Coordinate the distribution, review and validation of the pay roster (AF 633) for all training assembly guaranteeing accountability and pay for all drill status guardsmen.
