Oversaw the adherence to our contract with Region 3 Behavioral Health Services, for contracted Substance Abuse Halfway House beds. This was a annual grant worth $500,000. Increased daily bed day rates/utilization by 64%, which is what our Region 3 income was based off of. Provided clinical supervision for three Licensed Substance Abuse Counselors. Oversaw the development of the Annual Operating Budget, and ensured we operating within the budge guidelines with the Fiscal Year. Tracked outputs and outcome measures to show our stakeholders the value that was resulting from the services we provided.
