I would have to say that I am a hard worker that learns to adjust fast to new situations and positions. Looking back at my experiences of working with many children ranging in all ages from babysitting and teaching dance classes to also working with many easy and uneasy adults in the food business, I would have to say that I have learned many skills ranging from communication, problem solving, good work ethic, how to manage my time, and again adjusting fast. Working in the food business really taught me patience and how to get along with all kinds of people. Being that food is something everyone needs, I have seen many people satisfied and unsatisfied with what they received. With that being said, I personally learned to always please the customer and to hear what they have to say so improvement can be made. Not only did I have to get along with the customers, but the employees as well. It took me about a week to be comfortable in this new business. Comfortable meaning being friends and getting along with my boss, assistant general managers, and also other employees. I also adjust very fast and work hard to do that. About two weeks to a month in working at a hamburger place I was already training and teaching new workers how to learn the business and menu so that they could adjust fast as well. I am a very hard worker and will do anything, learn anything, and go to extremes to be what I need to be in whatever business I am called to be at.
