The application with acronym EPAS Plus features efficiencies offered by a client-server architecture and user-friendly interface. EPAS Plus is useful for improving overall efficiency and automating the process of contracting and paying vendors for purchases, design and construction work. It is also a consistent tool for collecting and reporting engineering project financial data including budgeting and time reporting.
