The Boeing Company - St. Louis, MO

Designed, planned, and conducted tailored customer training to support production and development programs.

Training Site Manager (2014-2016): Trained and certified over 90 maintenance and service personnel for in-country support of the new Saudi F-15SA aircraft.

Aircrew Training Lead (2012-2014): Developed the ground school course-ware and designed the flight training program for the Customer Aircrew Qualification for the Canadian CH-147F Helicopter.

  • Completed over 900 hours of academic training and over 850 hours of flight instruction.
  • Promoted from team lead for the academic courseware development to on-site training lead for the conduct and execution phase of the training program.

Future Combat Systems Training Lead (2005-2012): Developed requirements, designed training, and led a diverse and virtually distributed team of Boeing and partner members in the training development and hands-on formal training to evaluate new and emerging capabilities for the combat soldier.

  • Successfully trained 4,000 soldiers, comprising the Army's newly established Brigade Combat Team Modernization unit stationed at Fort Bliss, TX.
  • Completed all the program management functions for the New Equipment Training of a suite of development sensor programs.
  • Selected as the overall training lead during the production phase of the program.

MEMC Electronic Materials Company - St. Peters, MO

Led and evolved the Corporate Commodity Teams into a well-organized, world-wide team of scientists, manufacturing engineers, and plant purchasing agents with a charter to reduce costs and improve the quality of the incoming raw materials and equipment.

  • Enabled the writing of new specifications, qualification procedures, contract negotiations, and technology improvements.

  • Sold excess AH-1 (Israel, Bahrain) and new production OH-58D (Taiwan) helicopters, support equipment, and supply support using the Foreign Military Sales Program.
  • Saved over $30 million to use for support and improvements.
