Professional Summary

Motivated professional well-versed in building productive relationships, resolving complex issues, and winning customer loyalty, bringing 5 -years of background to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company success. As of March, my time serving in the military hits six whole years with the rank of Technical Sergeant. From a personal military experience, what is taught, there is always room for improvement and finding enjoyment by always challenging myself to succeed. Signing up for the military as a senior in high school after spending five years in the Air Force JROTC seemed fitting. The military encouraged my continued involvement in volunteering, such as the church, local soup kitchens during holidays, Toys for Tots, Arlington's Wreaths Across America, Salvation Army, volunteer firefighter, and animal shelters which have been a pathway to serve this country's community. Hard work is what I can offer—I'm excited to learn and master new skills with a strong sense of dedication.
