· Front line coverage to the Department of Student Services which encompassed the Associate Provost, Director of Counseling/ Associate Dean of Student Success & Retention, Director & Assistant Director of Accessibility Services and second line support for the Advising Department.
· Provide a high level of customer service by advising students of support services that are available to the incoming, current and transferring student populations.
· Assist students with understanding campus resources, academic and financial responsibilities (i.e. Admissions, Tutoring, Library)
· Assist students with outside resources (i.e. Bucks County Opportunity Council, Keystone Opportunity Center, Domestic Violence and emergency shelters, local food pantries, utility conservation and housing programs)
· Working with marginalized populations, concerns or issues (LGBT) and non-traditional students
· Supervise and trained several student workers on de-escalation, diversity, inclusivity and the LGBT community
· Managed the calendar and appointment scheduling for the Accessibility Department, Counseling Department, Transfer Services and Advising department, while maintaining FERPA policies.
· Maintain viable relationships with faculty and staff to make sure that I am abreast of all academic and financial changes within the collegiate atmosphere.
· Triage the student population during Open-Advising sessions by understanding the priority and adjusting the need on an individualized educational goal-level.
· Responsibilities included assistant of patient ADL’s; assisted with patient catheterizations; patient transport; and anything necessary to assist the nursing staff with patient care.
· Responsibilities included evening and night shift staffing for the Department of Nursing (med/surg floors) which consisted of answering phones, maintaining assignments, and reviewing call-outs; coordinating census levels with the shift RN Coordinator; Kronos time and attendance issues.
