At my most recent job I worked in a Call Center for European Wax Center, a very well known waxing company that has stores all around the U.S. My duties included learning scripts and receiving calls from 7 different locations booking appointment etc. It also enabled me to learn different programs on the computer and how to work with scheduling for more than one location.
At my previous job I specialized in customer service, I was constantly interacting with customers of all different kinds of personalities. One of my very strong qualities is my ability to talk to people. I have a very outgoing personality, and consider myself an approachable person that people can freely talk to. My previous job description was "service specialist" at Lucky's super market on San Ramon Valley Boulevard. I was very well known there by regular customers, and got along with everyone. I enjoyed my job very much because it enabled me to talk and met many different people. It enabled me to become an even better peoples person.
I am currently a student athlete at Humboldt State University, it has been one of my best personal accomplishments. Being an athlete has helped me become the person I am today. It has taught me responsibility, hard work, and the ability to talk and deal with all kinds of personalities.
At my previous job I would I have to deal with 200+ people a day, I was not only good at it but I enjoyed interacting with people.
My responsibilities include interacting with customers, bagging groceries, cleaning the isles, collecting carts, cleaning bathrooms, helping customers out to their car, and doing go backs.
I worked for this company 2 years while I was attending Ohlone college. I received a yearly raise and passed all my secret shopper tests.
My duties included learning a script and taking calls for 7 different locations making appointment, scheduling etc. I also did outgoing confirmations calls and rescheduling.
This was not intended to be a permanent job but I ended up taking a lot from the experience that I can take into my next job.
