Senior Content Operations Analyst working closely with support operations management to develop a flexible process and tooling execution strategy to support the growth and scalability of Support team and company-wide initiatives. Analyze historical and forecasted work request data to identify trends related to work processing and resource capacity. Help drive modernization and other projects to completion in agreement with relevant stakeholders in a cross-departmental function. Develop and assist with various support operations requests and drive to completion.
